October 2010

We are starting at the end of October and working towards of the beginning here.
This is the Rath family at the ward Halloween party.

Mommy the hippie chick with her cute little farmer baby.

The cutest Nerd EVER!!!!

And a very scary headless horseman.

Carter and his buddy Braeden at their Halloween performance at school.

Anderson after the program, I'm not sure he was too impressed with the show. I don't know why he wouldn't be though cause it was a great performance.

My boys carving pumpkins!

Porter takes his work quite seriously.

Carter did a great job of scooping all the gunk out of the pumpkin.

We celebrated Anderson's FIRST birthday!!!!
(While he ate his weight in cake.)

It was finally his turn to be sung to on Sunday by the whole entire family!!!
(yes, I know the 1 is backwards)

Anderson with his cousin Morgie!! He loves her.

Daddy and Anderson just crawling around together.

We enjoyed some time at the pumpkin patch.
This is the cutest little pumpkin I saw while we were there!
He even waved to me. =)

The Rath Family

Anderson didn't really understand why I put him in the middle of all those pumpkins.

Porter trying to see how tall Anderson is.

Carter is definitely getting bigger.

I love all my pumpkins!!!

September 2010

First of all, I came to my senses and finally taught Porter and Carter how to clean the bathroom.
Yep, it will take years to perfect I'm sure.

Anderson is getting bigger and bigger and is still teething all the time.
I just don't remember Porter and Carter being nearly as drooly.

He also has a great arm. So think fast if he ever throws a ball to you!

Sometimes we are so tired at night we fall asleep before our feet ever get off the ground.

Carter and Anderson got matching jammies and Carter LOVES them!

We went camping and this is a picture of Porter, Kyle and Carter hanging out and playing cards.

Anderson and Sam really enjoyed the night they spent together camping at home!!
Let me explain this camping trip a little. First of all, on the way to the campground the transmission on the van blew again and my dad went and rescued the boys and once they transferred everything to my dad's car they were on their way again. My dad came back to town with the van and the tow truck. Have I ever mentioned how wonderful my dad is???
Then the next day the girls and Anderson joined the boys and we had a good time until Anderson went to bed. He cried and cried until Sam finally decided to take him home for the night. I am not really sure when we will ever decide to take Anderson camping again.

August 2010

So much has happened in August for us!!

Carter turned five--definitely a big deal.

He asked me if there was really such a thing as banana splits and when I told him they were real he asked if he could have them for his birthday dessert.

Anderson is pulling himself up to get a good view of Carter while he opens his presents.

Can you tell how excited Carter was to get MarioKart for the wii? Soooo excited!

Anderson is still working on those teeth. Man, this guys does a lot of teething for so few teeth!

School started!!! Porter and Carter were both new to Vintage Hills this year but luck for them they have cousins who have been there for a while and have showed them the ropes!

Amelia and Anderson are very excited for when they start school too!

Carter on his first day of kindergarten with Mrs. Shorack.

Porter on his first day of First Grade with Mrs. Herington.

Anderson on his first day of texting??

Oh, this I loved!! The boys put Porter's underwear on Anderson and then
told me that he is fun to "dress-up"!! I thought this was so hilarious.

We spent the day with the Cruz's in LA and Porter and Carter sat and ate ice cream in Exposition Park.

We also saw a new addition to the family! Brandi had a baby girl named Maddison Lily.
Porter loved getting the chance to hold her!!
It makes me so happy that he loved babies as much as he does.

July 2010

Anderson with big smiles poolside!

Porter and Carter getting the hang of swimming.
They are doing a great job especially without any lessons.

I love watching these guys as they learn new things and get bigger and better at all that they do.
